Mabouya invites you to rediscover French gastronomy in the West Indies.

Mr. David, the Chef, is as innovative as "cheeky". Freshly landed from the metropolis, he doesn't hesitate to combine genres and to play with his creativity, to the delight of our taste buds.

Its dishes are refined, mouth-watering and some are surprising to say the least, featuring local products with European sauce and vice versa.

So, for example, you can enjoy a Tartar of Fresh Fish of the Day & Passion vinaigrette, a terrine of Duck Foie Gras Old Rum House or share a plate of Tapas Creoles. It will still be time for you to enjoy then Half-cooked Tuna in a crust of sesame, Roasted St Jacques Roasted in Old Rum on bed of Leeks, or the Peach of the Day! Lovers of meat will not be outdone: Duck Breast and seasonal fruits, Poultry Supreme with Colombo sauce, Crepe Burger. Everyone will find happiness.
And why not punctuate this culinary journey of a Chocolate Sinking Heart, or Tiramisu with Caribbean flavors.
